Los Gatos Meat Company

I love this place. I love it.. I love it.. Sandwiches, Meat, Goodies, Jerky, Dog treats, they got it all. I go to LCMC whenever I'm in Los Gatos and I only choose between two sandwiches(which I'm sure the others are great) Jack's special or the Super hero. The Picture is of the super hero and this thing is a beast of a sandwich. Piles of Tri-tip thinly sliced with thick ass bacon and a variety or veggies that completes this pile of omnipotent awe. I'm salivating right now just thinking about it.. Fuck..

Zachary's Restaurant of Santa Cruz

When I was working in Downtown Santa Cruz I was eating the same old shit they got down there. After awhile of eating Pizza My Heart and whatever the lame Mexican spot they have there I wanted something different, something better. I strolled around and came upon Zachary's. Best decision I made, this place rocks. The service is awesome, the food was fantastic and the chicks working there are friendly and hella cute. I went with their burger and hands down it was one of the best that I had. This thing was nothing but the best ingredients piled high on what I consider a near perfect bun. Homefries instead of french fries was a nice change to the American standard. Thanks Zachary's

Mexico Bakery tortas are the bomb

So last night I had a deep hunger for something good, something special. I decided Mexico Bakery is that special place. I went with the Hawaiiana tortas which was the only good decision that I made last night. This thing is phenomenal, piled high with pork, ham, tomatoes, pineapple, jalapenos, and a few other danky ingredients closed out on a fresh bun. One of my favorite sandwiches on the downtown scene right now, and they are open till like 1 or 2am. Awesome

Juban Japanese BBQ in Menlo Park

Ok So This might be my first post where I was not completely impressed with the food I got but the restaurant deserves a second chance by me. Not a real togo style spot but I was on my lunch break at work and I don't have the time to be dickin around fine dining and shit. So I go into this Japanese bbq spot called Juban. Great looking place and pretty good menu. I got the garlic steak dish togo which came with rice, side salad pickled sprouts and seaweed. It was kinda bland for what I thought was gonna be some mega flavorful garlic sauted beef but it was kinda not what I expected.

San Jose TacoTaco, Burrito, Burrito, TacoTaco

"I order two tacos a tostada and a soda pop" - Jennifer Lopez
The famous "taco flavored kisses" song by Jennifer describes what I ordered from San Jose Taq on Santa Clara street. At first I wasn't a fan of this place but once I had their crispy tacos I was hooked.
Its weird to me that it is hard to find hard shell tacos in San Jose other than tico's tacos or taco bell but you go down south to LA or SD and everywhere has them.
So their crispy tacos are fantastic and for the first time I tried their Tostada de ceviche which was pretty good. Diced crab and fish ceviched out on a tostada with some avocado. Pretty good

PhoViet #12 so delicious

So PhoViet is my staple vietnamese spot. Their pho is calibrated for someone like me. When I go to some of the other "authentic" pho spots I think they might be a little too authentic for me but not PhoViet. Their broth has such a nice smell to it kinda sweet with a hint of lemon or lime in it. I go with the #12 which is well done brisket thinly sliced and in abundance and it is all lean, not one shred of fat or lard floating in my yummy soup. Always fresh mint leaves and sprouts, with a couple slices of jalapeno and lemon and a mound of shriracha hot sauce. I'm in heaven

Combanation Fajitas From Plaza Garibaldi in San jose

I been to Plaza Garibaldi a couple of times before and it was good but didn't really stand out at all but i went out there this last Saturday and it was really good. The salsa was good with chunks in it and a little tomato zest to it. I asked once for salsa and the cute little waitress made sure it kept coming and with more warm chips. The fajita plate was off the fucking hook with mostly shrimp but plenty of chicken and a little bit of beef grilled on a skillet with onions, green bell peppers. A separate plate of rice and beans with guacamole made the feast look like a buffet, washed down with a negra modelo made that night a glutenous night. Really good food, great service and in downtown. I am gonna start going to this place more often.
P.S check out the wet burrito in the back ground.

Deluxe Hamburger with Cheese at ViVi's in Cupertino

What can I say, In my opinion the best burger in the South bay.. I know its a bold statement but for real, this shit is phenomenal. I have eaten dozens if not hundreds of these perfect burgers and have never ever been disappointed with this treat to my glut gland. Crisp lettice, grilled onions, piled patties, melted cheese(by request of coarse), mayo and mustard on a grill seared french roll. This burger of the deluxe nature is epic

Pho Viet is the place for a rice plate

Two post in one day, one right after another I'm getting the hang of this. Well This week I been sick as hell with the Fever and on top of that I got a sprained ankle, Life sucks but at least I'm eating good. Today I went to Pho Viet Pho noodle House on Trimble and North First street. Not the most authentic Vietnamese pho spot but frankly those places disgust the fuck out of me most of the time but this place is good. Really good.Since I am sick I figured I get some pho soup which I love but every time I go to this place I'm torn between soup and a rice plate. Today the rice plate won. I go with the #70 which is shrimp and pork over rice with a salad on the side, but I get them to give me chicken also. That's right pork, shrimp, and chicken. I know what your thinking "what a glutinous pig" well that's why my blog is titled that. SO anyways they grill up thin slices of pork that has a sweet taste to it and grill the shrimp and chicken, slap that on some rice with a salad of shredded lettuce, cucumbers, and some other crazy Asian vegetables and you got a dish that I could eat everyday for the rest of my life. This is some super human food.

Portly Fat ass Little Chef Chinese food on Winchester

Well I officially suck at blogging and anything to do with computer web related upkeep,oh well. So to the point, Little Chef Chinese food on winchester is the bomb. This shit is seriously good for fast chinese food. I got the 5spices chicken and Mongolian Beef? or Generals beef I dont know what it was but its great with its celery and onions. Their chow mein is really good but with all fast chinese spots I need some white rice to balance it all out. Whenever Im working in the area we make a stop here to get our little chef on.

Psycho Doughnuts went overboard this time

Well my buddy big Hamhead decide to be a standup citzen(like always) and get a box of danky doughnuts from the psychoest doughnut shop in the valley. Im talkin Pyscho Doughnuts. These folks dont fuck around when it come to being creative. So out of the box that Hamhead brought I picked out This sandwich looking thing, basically a doughnut topped with sesame seeds to make a "doughnut bun" then they lightly spread grape jam and honey butter on the bun then these guys decided to put bacon in that bitch. Bacon.. At first it sounded kinda gross but i kept a open mind and took a bite. That shit was phenomonal. The light spread of jam and the honey butter worked perfect with the bacon. Cops in the valley got a cryptonite now. That shit reminded me of what America is all about. I also had the butterfingers doughnut also which of coarse was the bomb.

my first blog is a puller pork sandwich

This last Saturday I made a trip out to Cupertino looking to go to ViVi's falafal for their delux burger. When I get there the place was closed, I was hella bummed out so I thought where is there a good place around here? Armadillo Willy's was the answer so ventured down the street, walked in looked over the menu and ordered the pulled pork on texas toast, with their fries which I got to say are some of my favorite. Armadillo willy's ain't the best bbq in the area but it sure is good enough for a late Saturday lunch and they got a good variety. I will attach image later because it won't let me from my phon
